Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I do not know what I purchased in October 2019 for my 2018 taxes. I do my taxes on an iPad. I did not download anything. I don’t think so. I just know that I talk to someone in 2019 of October and he set up my package. Now I cannot access it going through my account. I need some help. My computer experience is limited. But I’ve never had a problem doing my taxes on TurboTax on my laptop. Please help me.
@kcicconi If you purchased 2018 software and expected to use it on an iPad, you have a problem. You cannot use desktop software on an iPad--only a full PC or Mac. You could not have used online software after October 15, so if you purchased 2018 software after October 15 it had to be the desktop version. Can you get access to a full Mac or PC?
It’s December 2019 and I just paid $120 for QB 2018 to file my taxes finally, and it says my mac is not updated to the current iOS and I cannot get another update to my iOS to the version QB is demanding??
