Cannot print 1099 NEC forms on Intuit QEF

When I try to print my 1099 NECs to send out to subcontractors, only a partial of the first page will print. This is true whether I click the "Print All" function or try to print forms individually.

Seem to recall this was an issue on and off in previous years...
