Can you still efile 2019 return if 2018 federal was mailed 3/20 and not accepted yet

I am trying to efile my  2019 federal return prepared using TT.  My 2018 federal return was prepared through TT and mailed in March 2020 which the IRS has not approved yet.  My 2019 return was rejected because IRS is saying AGI is wrong.  Would I still be able to efile my 2019 federal and state?

Turbo Tax, no need to respond back.  I went ahead and requested a Tax Transcript online via IRS site.  I was able to check my tax record and the 2018 return is not showing in IRS system as processed or received.  I went ahead and inputted my 2018 AGI as $0 via Turbo Tax and the federal and state return for 2019 was accepted.
