Turbo Tax, no need to respond back. I went ahead and requested a Tax Transcript online via IRS site. I was able to check my tax record and the 2018 return is not showing in IRS system as processed or received. I went ahead and inputted my 2018 AGI as $0 via Turbo Tax and the federal and state return for 2019 was accepted.
