Of course ... you must have the chance to review the return and make changes BEFORE you file ... it is the law.

Go to the FILE tab and complete step 1 to pay any TT fees and the option to save/view/print the PDF will be presented.

Yes you should always review your return before filing. You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return
