CAN WE GET A FILE THAT WAS SUBMITTED?

The 2023 file was not showing up as available to transfer to 2024.    

I opened the 2023 file and it made me update it but the tax file was not there.   Is it possible to get a copy of the file that was trasmitted?

If you used desktop download software, TurboTax does not have a copy of your tax return.  Your tax return is not stored online when you use desktop software.  It is stored only on your own hard drive or any back up device that you used.

You need the 2023 tax file to transfer in to a new 2024 return--not a pdf
