CAN'T EFILE?? STATUS "cancel"

Like the subject line says, when I attempt to efile my Fed and 3 states I am getting an error message. Would prefer not to file by paper would like to have things efiled. What do I need to do?

CAN'T EFILE?? STATUS "cancel"

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.
