Can I stop my tax return from being filed if it hasn't processed yet? If so how?

There is no way to stop your return for processing if you have already submitted it. 

It was accepted by the IRS already, it will be processed. If the IRS had rejected it, then you don't have to make changes to it if you do not wish to continue filing through Turbo Tax.
