Can I send copy d of my w-2s to the IRS along with my TurboTax tax return papers that they give me to send out?

I got my w-2s from my employer and lost them. Because there’s no website to for us to print them out at, I asked for a copy of my w-2s and she sent me a copy of copy d. I have to send my tax return to the IRS and my TurboTax papers tell me to send the first copy or copy b to them. Can I send copy d?

Yes, it is fine to send Copy D of your W2 with your Tax Return to the IRS.

Yes, you can actually send any of the copies of the W-2's to IRS.

They just label them that way to assist you  in understanding why you have 4 copies of the W-2.
