I have had same problem. Reloaded $130 onto card at store but for some reason the receipt came out saying card not approved after paying.
There was no record of transcation on my acct so i submitted a claim. I am on my fourth try at getting my money. First time i was told to email copy of my receipt, card, and ID. Did that and never got a response. Called a week later and was told i did not submit the proper items! Did it again.....one week later i call back and they say i need to got to store for them to fix problem. Did that and was told no Green Dot needs to fix it. Call back and was transferred and then HUNG UP ON by the supervisor after telling there is nothing they can do. What complete bull**bleep**!!! I wil keep trying, but i don't know what else to do.
I am going back to store to see if they can verify the transaction of TAKING MY MONEY which was a **bleep** card reload. I highly recommend people to not do business with these people. They are crooks.
