Yes. The article, How do I change my W-2 info in TurboTax? provides the steps to delete a W-2:

"In TurboTax Online or Desktop:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Navigate to the W-2 section:
   • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to W-2.
   • TurboTax Desktop: Search for W-2 and select the Jump to link.
3. On the Your W-2 summary screen, select Edit next to the W-2 you want to change.
4. Select Delete to delete the W-2."

Once you completed any other needed changes, you can resubmit a return that was previously rejected.
