We don't know what "doing my taxes wrong" means. TurboTax returns are self-prepared, unless you paid extra for live CPA/EA help. But your question is too general, so we can only give you some general info.

You may wish to speak to TurboTax Support and discuss your issue with them. This is a user community forum and nothing can be done here anyway. I don't know what they will tell you, but it can't hurt to try. If there was some kind of error, they need to know about it.
