I got my 2015 transcript from the IRS. Can I use turbo tax to file my past taxes using a transcript?

Yes, you can file your 2015 Federal return using the transcript. However, you will not be able to file your state return as the state information is not listed on the transcript.

and the deadline to file 2015 for a refund is April 15, 2019.

If you are getting a 2015 refund then get it in the mail before midnight Monday and send it registered with tracking as that will be your only proof that you met the deadline.

Can I use turbo tax? It did not give me a place to enter transcript info. The transcripts don't give you all the info a w2 or 1099 would.
