Yes. You can download the TurboTax app via the Amazon Appstore.

Nope, that requires chrome, Firefox,... Kindle uses Silk as the operating system

Are you maybe looking at the Desktop download Requirements?

The Amazon app is probably for the full Desktop program you install on a full Windows or Mac computer.  Not for the Mobile App.

i cannot download any of the dour browsers on my kindle IF it did work it could damage my kindle.    is there a eay to file turbotax using my kindle fire?

What browser does your Kindle have?  This says it can use Kindle Fire Silk.  Last section Mobile/Other
