Can I change my taxes if I haven't mailed them yet? I got a corrected 1095-A healthcare form the day after I printed my forms! Grrr!

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return where you can make any changes needed before filing the tax return.

Why are you filing by mail?  Efiling is normally best.   We might be able to suggest something to help you efile, unless there is some particular item in your return that doesn't allow efiling.   What was the roadblock?  Were you getting any kind of error message?

@DoninGA I tried that - it said once I've paid and the returns have been registered I have to wait for the 1040x to become available.

Are you sure you clicked on Add a State and NOT Amend (change) return?

I have a online test account that has been completed for mailing and when I click on Add a State I can get back into the 2020 tax return to make changes without any problem.
