Can I change from direct deposit to a netspend care or a reloadable card even though the refund has already been sent out by the IRS?

Unfortunately, once your return has been filed and accepted, it is too late to change your refund method.

the money is sitting in the bank chosen by Turbo Tax so they can take out their fees and then send on the rest to me - what is going to happen to my money when there's no account for it to go to??
