Can I amend my state tax returns from 2021 through 2023 where I missed adding the bright start 529 contributions

If you filed your state return before the April 15, 2022 due date, you are no longer able to amend your 2021 state tax return to receive a refund. However, you can still amend your 2022 and 2023 state returns. For instructions on amending, please follow the guidelines here.
