Can I access prior W2s?

TurboTax does not have copies of your W-2's, only the information you entered or had imported.  The TurboTax program has a W-2 Wage and Tax Statement (it gives all the information that was on your W-2); if you used the Desktop version you can switch to Forms Mode and print the statement.

If you used the Online version you would need to have printed (or save your return as a PDF) your return with all the worksheets to see the W2 Wage and Tax Statement.

- You can ask your payroll department for another copy of your W2

- You can get a Wages and Income transcript from the IRS, it would include your W2 information. Check Line 8 of transcript form 4506-T.

 - You can also get a copy of your W-2s from the Social Security Administration, but there is a charge of $37 per copy. See the following FAQ on how to receive a copy of your W2
