Can anyone help explain what the change “return delivery” means? I also noticed the TurboTax fees were deducted from my return, perhaps it will be deposited soon. ?!

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your Refund, there is a bank that handles this.  The 'return delivery' charge may be the fee from the bank for this.

Normally, you'll receive your Refund within 21 days after your return is Accepted by the IRS.
