NEED TO KNOW IF MY TAXES OF 01/28/2020 WAS ELECTRONIC FILED.  OWED $23 THAT WAS TO BE 

DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ON 02/10/2020,  BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN.
