I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

I updated about 3 weeks ago still no update and my card was sent back twice I'm never using this service again

Did any one verify and get a refund yet cause it's been more than a month since I filed and it's been a more than 3 weeks since I verified and still nothing I'm on the 3rd card I had to order cause green dot never sent them out they tell ppl they did or it was sent back so they can have ppl pay the 5 dollar fee

I verified over the phone on the 8th , I just got off the phone with a rep she told me to give it a week for the update. So I'm waiting.  I think I'm a weekly idk .

I verified 3/4 rcvd refund today 3/13.. Not trying to rub it in just letting you know for those who asked about updates.... Definitely still havent received my State refund though...
