Califonia checked refund it states that they need additional time to process could be 3 months. any updates on this

I filed and was accepted on 1/23. Got my Fed DD on 2/1. Still waiting on Cali with the 3 month processing message. Called and chatted with FTB I was told that there were no letters mailed asking for further info. I have received no letters. I transferred all info from last year so no mistakes. Our state ID was requested by TT at time of efile. I took the Cali renter credit this year for first time. No kids no other credits. Married filing jointly. Simple return
