After 3 hours - yes 3 hours of tech support and no solution. I decided to reinstall Turbo Tax; I first tried to use the Repair feature but that encountered an error and failed. I then decided to do a full reinstall of Turbo Tax and then run the update feature and the product worked smoothly like it always had in past years for me.
I just got off the phone with a rep who was very helpful. The issue got solved from doing the following:
RIDICULOUS! I've been stuck in this goddamn loop for hours now. Doesn't TT even test or improve their state products EVER??? Jesus H Christ. What a bunch of idiots. I get this loop problem every year. Endless loop that blocks CA e-filing. Have to print and mail it in. TT SUCKS (on CA state product)
