After you file

I just got off the phone with a rep who was very helpful. The issue got solved from doing the following:

 

  • Go to the TT app
  • Click on Forms in the upper left corner
  • Go to CA (or your state) Forms section (scroll all the way down)
  • Go to "Info Worksheet"
  • Click on your personal info that was giving the issue before (Name, SS, Address, etc.). Or just remove all personal info.
  • Then go back and click Easy Step on the top left corner
  • Act as if you were going to file
  • You might have to reenter your personal info again
  • Should be good to go.
