I still haven't received my return yet. Why is my debit card being charged?

If you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your Federal refund and your refund is delay than part of the agreement is that TurboTax can debit your bank account for the fees. Per the Refund Processing Agreement, you authorized us to debit your bank account if your refund was insufficient to cover your fees:
