I filed on February 6,2022 and was accepted within 24hrs and when I check my state I get this message “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund
date will be provided when available. For more
information about processing delays, please see
our Refund Frequently Asked Questions.
Please Note: For refund information, please
continue to check here, or visit the Refunds page
on IRS.gov. Updates to refund status are made no
more than once a day.”
but my topic 152 is not there what does that mean ?

Every tax situation and tax return are different and it is not possible to provide a reason for why they removed a topic message. It may just be that your return is moving through the system as it processes. Keep checking the IRS  Where's My Refund? site for updates.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund? for more information.

Okay thank you and is it a bad thing when it disappears?

It is not a bad thing when this happens. It just means the IRS is still working on the return.

I'm in the same boat where all my bars and topic disappeared. How long did it take to get your refund?

when I check my state

The IRS is Federal, not state. Did you mean (Federal) status?
