I was very disappointed at the fact that I got audited and not a single email from you guy's. I call you to find out about my taxes and you guys didn't even know what was going on. The fact that you couldn't tell me why the IRS has no recollection of my taxes but your site keeps saying processed is very concerning to me. I can't access the IRS website because the amount on my taxes is not matching my information from your site. I will never file taxes with you guys ever again. Disappointed to the fullest extent..

Your expectations from TurboTax are unrealistic.  After you use the do-it-yourself tax software, TurboTax does not get any feedback whatsoever from the IRS about your tax return.

 

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

AUDIT SUPPORT

 

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
