Any ideas why the IRS “get my refund” app is saying they haven’t received my return when Turbo Tax says they received it on 2/19/20?

The IRS refund app may not have updated. With apps, at times, they may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled, to work properly. Also check, the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site, to see if your information is updated there. If not, please contact us, for further assistance What is the TurboTax phone number?
