Ammend refund

I have already received my refund and now I have to amend.  The first date I could amend was February 15th.  Today is February 18th.   I tried to amend and now it says the 22nd.  Why did this date change?  Are they doing changes in the tax law as I was told and how will that affect my amended return?

TurboTax developers are just finalizing the federal amended tax return, Form 1040-X, for tax year 2024.

The 2024 Form 1040X is estimated to be available on 02/20/2025
