Amending my 2019 return, document won't upload.

Everytime I try to upload my tax return to amend it (found and error while doing this years taxes), it keeps giving me an error of "We are having trouble opening your file" but when I click the link to get help.... I'm hit with another error of "Page cannot be found".. So, HOW can I finish what I started? I'm trying to amend last years taxes. Please and thank you.
