We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?  Provide details for your question.

Thanks, Cynthia.  I submitted my amended return electronically.  The program said as of August 2020 there was no need to mail it in.  However, the last screen after it was sent, then informed me that I should submit it also by mail.  Do I really need to mail it?  I already received an email saying the amended return was accepted.

FYI:  I submitted and paid my taxes previously.  Recently, I realized I was eligible for tax credits that I had not included in that submission.  This was the reason for the amended return.  I am now entitled for a refund.

If you amendment was successfully efiled, do not send a paper copy.

You can check that your return was received by the taxing authority  using these instructions: Check the Electronic Postmark of your Return. Pay close attention to the separate lines for Federal and State. They are separate statuses.
