Amended 2018 tax return

After filing the 2018 amended tax return, which form do I need to send it? Nothing changed other than Turbo Tax was updated to include a federal credit for qualified energy-efficient improvements. Do I need to just send the 1040X and 5695 but not the original 1040 plus associated worksheets, forms, etc? Also, does anyone know if this change impacts the 2019 taxes? I have already finished but not filed it.
