Amend using TurboTax not working (2023)

I filed my 2023 taxes with TurboTax and I'm trying to amend my 2023 return, but when I go to 2023 and click on the "Amend using TurboTax Online" button, nothing happens.

Is there a direct link where I could start to amend my 2023 return?

You can’t do it online. You would have to do it with the desktop version.

It's confusing, because the page itself says:

"You can amend your return using either TurboTax Online (recommended) or with the Turbotax Desktop product" below the button.

If I went with the desktop version, is there a way to upload the original information I provided?

You can amend using TurboTax Online. Do not use the Amend using TurboTax Online button. Instead do this:

1. Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information
2. Then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen
3. Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents
4. Click on Tax Year 2023
5. Click on Amend (change) 2023 return
