Got half of money I dont owe child support nor loans

I’ve called irs to see why I got half my money and no response on where my money is called them 10 times in a day and it’s only the machine called turbo tax messaged them and no luck they act like they don’t what’s going on I need that money for good reasons not bad I need help please

Why do want to amend?   If you received a reduced refund you need to wait until you receive a letter from the IRS that explains why your refund was reduced.   You may not have a reason to amend.   TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your return, so wait for the IRS letter to see if there is something you need to do.

nothing is wrong with my refund  so where’s my half of money

You got a letter from the IRS?   And it said "nothing was wrong"----you probably need to read it again.   They do not send a letter to say everything was fine.
