Amend a return

I am an idiot. I used Turbo Tax Business to file my 2021 company return. I e-filed and it was accepted. Now...I discovered a significant mistake I made and need to file an amendment. I am doing what the program says to do when I start up the program but after I saved the original with a new name as it says to do I get all the way through the process and it says I cannot e-file because I already have an accepted return. What am I doing wrong?

Amended returns are filed on paper. Mail it in.
