Amend a 1099 how i can do it.

Are you asking about a 1099 you received??  If you already filed and your return was accepted, you will need to wait for the amendment software next week.   The 1040-X (Amended Tax Return) is tentatively scheduled for 03/04.   If you have not already submitted your return or your return was rejected, you can go back to the same section you entered the form and use the pencil icon to edit your form.   You can check this link to access the Forms Availability Tool to see if and when forms are available.
