Amedning 2023 Tax Return. Now SEP is too much. How do I fix?

I filed an amended 2023 tax return and it was accepted and processed. We received our refund.  At the time, the amount I contributed to my SEP was too much. It didnt red flag it when I reviewed.  Now I need to make another amended return and I dont know how to fix this over payment on my SEP.  It shows that its too much on my one screen.  But it doesn't tell me how to fix it.  Do I contact Vanguard and take that amount out?  I thought it would walk me thru the penalty and let me apply this overage to THIS years SEP.  But that's not happening.

after much searching, I figured it out on my own.  Turbo Tax doesn't support Form 5330.  I have to fill that form out and mail it in with my penalty.  
It would be nice if Turbo Tax would give you an alert when you are on the overpayment screen to tell you this.  

It said NOTHING about a Form 5330.
