If your Direct deposit info is the same as it was on your 2018 or 2019 tax return, then you dont have to worry.  They'll send your money the same way they sent your Refund.  Though you might not see a Pending Deposit , consider 60 Million people wont see money in their accounts until Wednesday April 15th- Friday April 17th.

The IRS is fully in charge of getting you YOUR MONEY.

Turbotax is just dishing out the payments when they arrive.

Your Money will 100% be sent to you via Turbo Prepaid Debit Card. 

The only way you would be expecting a check is if your Direct deposit info is incorrect  or some other issue.

Alot of people close to me have a Pending Deposit set for April 15th.

So get some rest and be patient.

I changed my bank account this year and this year I owe back taxes. will the payment go to bank account that was in my 2018 refund or this year bank account?

If you changed your payment info before 2019 I'd update it asap. Just in case the IRS goes off of your 2018 return.
