Has WV begun issuing/depositing refunds? Have they given an approximate date?

According to WV tax site, my refund request has been received and is being processed. The same answer for 6 weeks now!

No one I know of has, including myself. Unreal how long they're taking this year. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Even after 8 weeks and you call they won't give you any information.

I FINALLY got an email from WV tax dept just to inform me they can't give out any refund status questions until 3/23. But that's just info. Its INSANE!!!!!

I know people that e-filed just 2 weeks ago and have gotten their refund already! According to WV Tax Dept site, returns are processed in the order they are received. I call BS!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrated!!!!!

All because of people are claim dependants they shouldn't claim so states are taking longer to make sure there are no fraudulent filings but it affects the people who don't try to screw the government and who work and deserve they refund back. Couple bad seeds ruin it for everyone else
