After you selected to use Refund Processing Service, the way to opt out of Refund Processing Service is to just select to pay it with Credit Card when you are presented the two options again.

You can remove the Refund Processing Service and pay your TurboTax fees with a debit or credit card and still e-file your return.

I only selected to file the state tax, but it filed both state and federal. I already did the federal on the irs site directly earlier today. Now there is duplicate
