How long until i find out if my AIG was accepted? I’ve filed with spouse for the last five years but we are seperated and i haven’t spoke to him in over a year so i filed alone this year. Should I call the IRS about the AIG? Or just mail in my taxes if it’s rejected again?

If you filed a joint return with your spouse last year, then enter the whole amount from your 2018 return, do not split it. Also, if you amended your return in 2018, do not use that amount from the amended return, use the amount from your original return. If your return stills gets rejected, you should just go ahead & mail it in.
There are a few places you can get your 2018 AGI:
You won't find your AGI on your W-2 or 1099 form because those forms don't take into account over a dozen above-the-line deductions that go into calculating your AGI.
If you didn't file a 2018 federal tax return (or you haven't filed one yet), enter 0 as your AGI.
