After I filed I never received an email saying it was ACCEPTED. It only says it was ACCESSED. What does that mean ?

You'll get that email every time you download the tax file to your own computer.

......either the PDF tax file, or the .tax2019 datafile.

What if the email doesnt say accepted by irs?

The email is a notification that you have downloaded your return. The accepted email will usually come 24-48 hours after your return is submitted. If you would like to check on your account activity, you can do so by clicking here and following the directions.

I never received an email saying it was ACCEPTED by the IRS. It just says ready to mail.

Try going back through the "File" option and be sure you selected to e-file your return and not to mail it. 

1. Login to your Turbo Tax online account.
2. Click "File" on the left side of the screen.
3. Follow the prompts until you get to the screen that asks if you would like to e-file or mail in your return.
