Advance not an option

Hello community I’m seeing a lot of customers who have received the advance previous years do not see it as an option now. Has anyone gotten through to customer service who has this issue? I couldn’t get through anywhere

Here are a couple reasons the advance may not be available:

• If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
• If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.
