Additional Federal taxes

I received this e-mail from Turbo Tax:

Dear TurboTax Customer,
 
We've been working to make updates to TurboTax based on the recently-enacted American Rescue Plan so you can file with confidence and get your maximum refund.
 
We're happy to tell you that your state tax return has been updated to account for the new federal tax relief for unemployment benefits. Both your federal and state returns are now up to date and ready to be filed.

Now it seems I owe an additional $49.00 in Federal taxes. 

There are no instructions on how to pay this or where to send the payment.

Suggestions Please.
