activation code for turbotax 2020

I am currently working on my 2021 turbotax return, and I wanted to see my 2020 turbotax return for some information, but the software says I need to enter my activation code???

I have already  completed and filed my 2020 tax return. including my state return...why is this happening??

I bought the software from Amazon, I have check my email, but there is no activation code that I can see.

I have the Amazon email, the order number, but no activation code.

Why is this happening when I have already activated, filed, and completed my tax return? Very frustrating...

Also frustrating is the support request for help process here... seems like very limited customer service!!

When you purchase software from Amazon your order number and license (activation) code can usually be found under the Digital Service and Device Support section of your Amazon account.
