According to the IRS site and turbo tax, my green dot card was sent February 7th,and still no sign. I have received emails from greendot saying i should have received it?

Im just confused on why my card hasnt came, when the IRS site said it was sent February 7th, but it is the 19th. At most mail takes 9 days. I picked the green dot card, and the IRS site said i need to check with my bank but i didnt have it sent to the bank cause i picked the flipping green dot card. Ive gotten 3 emails from green dot saying i need to active my card but i havnt got it. My address is right,and my return was accepted.

You gave me information i already have. They already told me it was sent but it has been a while. If it was stolen i need to find out.
