It was my first time taxing and now I have probably a huge problem… I have 2 w-2 and I only tax one of them, and I didn’t know I had to put the 2 w-2 together. Also I have another problem where I don’t where i messed up but it says I payed for self-employed though I clicked I work for someone, and I can’t really start over because it’s already been submitted and accepted. What can I do about it?

Sounds like you got pretty confused.   You cannot do anything to fix it yet.   If the return has been accepted then you have to wait until it has been fully processed.   Then you can prepare an amended return on a Form 1040X to send in and fix the mistakes.  That form is not even available yet.

Later---mid-March or even after that....you can post back for help amending and correcting the mistakes.  Meanwhile do not try to change anything or it will get more messed up.   As for the software you used, it is too late to change that.  Sorry.    Going forward, now that you know the user forum is here, do not file without asking questions if something confuses you.   It is easier to prevent mistakes than to fix them after you file.
