Accepted or not accepted?

I got an email and text message saying that my Federal Tax Returned is accepted, but when I check the Turbo Tax Website, it says Sarted or Pending. What does it mean?

My Colorado tax return was accepted on 2/7/2026 but I have not heard anything back from the state. No update on where's my refund website and no one answers phone
