Acceptance of e-filed returns

I e-filed my returns 11 days ago. Still says pending. Why such a delay? Turbo won't let me e-file again.  Need chat or phone 3 with a real person. Please reply.

Acceptance of e-filed returns

You will have to wait for the IRS to start accepting or rejecting 2020 tax returns on February 12, 2021
