3rd stimulus and still processing 2020 return

If our refund is still processing or placed on a hold, will this delay our 3rd stimulus. We have been notified of ours being on hold it’s been 30 days since being accepted and received a letter ours is on hold until they receive some additional information so will this delay our stimulus?
